Declare and execute programs
Use typed numerical composition for a FormulaProgram and named tensor resources for ProgramGraph. A configured FederatedProgram defines the execution region hosted by ARTILayer.

Place, train and save a model
Placement, parameter selection and tensor-state recovery are separate operations. Preview placement before modifying a host and keep the configured layer available when reloading its saved state.

Inspect and recover a task
Project inspection is a non-executing declaration entrance. Recipe checks and actual recovery have their own factory and checkpoint behavior.

These interfaces retain the task’s original inputs and result semantics. Installed callbacks define decoding, scores and file layout.
